	Welcome To The USToo! TEXOMA SUPPORT GROUP Website

		USToo! Texoma is a non-profit organization providing support for those diagnosed with prostate cancer or those interested in prostate cancer information, and their families and loved ones in the Sherman, Texas regional area. USToo! Texoma is a branch of the national organization, *USToo!* International. Our goal is to inform and educate interested individuals on prostate cancer by providing this site and holding monthly group meetings in Sherman and the greater Texoma area. 		NEW PROGRAM ANNOUNCEMENT USToo! Texoma - a prostate cancer support group - is instituting a new program of one-on-one discussions between a group member and the newly-diagnosed prostate cancer patient whose therapy has failed as indicated by a PSA doubling time of less than a year. To arrange a meeting, please reach our coordinator Henri at 903-463-2101, after hours at 903-463-6128, or via email at henrylee51@sysmatrix.net. Those of us who have been there before can help you to work with your doctor to reduce your anxiety. We can also discuss the reasons for our particular choice of a therapy and about our outcomes, whether the therapy was radiation, surgery or other. We will also lend our experience to help you with personal and embarrassing problems arising after therapy.
		There is no charge for this meeting. It is planned of special interest to all men, but especially to those who have not attended before. We hope that you will make a special effort to invite men who could benefit from this informative presentation. Coffee and cookies will be served. A discussion period will follow the program. This time will allow persons with particular concerns to find where information is obtainable. Information about particular therapies can usually be obtained from men there that have already been down that road. The meeting free to all attendees. Wives and guests are most welcome!
